In its HOMES pages, the magazine records the Park Towers project by Artwill Interior Design House, where the team led by founder Regina Kwok wove this new routine into the brief, asking how one home could be a place to rest and, at the same time, a corner to work in with a clear head. The feature, titled "Details create spacious living", points straight to the heart of the scheme: it is care over the small things that buys an open, unhurried sense of home.

Across the spread, the living room anchors the flat. A light timber finish runs across the main wall, where a flush media wall keeps the visual weight calm and tidy. A cream leather sofa is layered with cushions in varied shades of blue, and a round marble-topped coffee table sits lightly on the rug. Indirect lighting and track spots cross overhead, the glow falling softly, while a coastal artwork lends this city home a little more room to breathe.

The article notes that, unlike the usual approach, the designer opened up a generous space while still answering the owner's need for storage, so that putting things away and keeping the room open could live side by side. Walls in plain, light wood are paired with leather soft furnishings, adding a warm, gentle touch to the interior. Rather than forcing a work zone into the living room, Regina Kwok and the team carved out more spots suited to working as the circulation allowed, keeping the flat practical yet still full of a relaxed, lived-in warmth.
