Park Towers

The flat came with a diamond-shaped hall, the kind of off-square corner that usually eats space and never gives it back. So our first move in the interior design was to fold most of that awkward area into the living room, then open it toward the harbour. With a tall TV cabinet and a marble platform setting the proportions, the room reads wide and settled, and the view does the rest. Marble, wood grain, and a thread of blue run through the furnishings to keep the modern minimalist mood warm rather than cold.

Because the owner is on calls and screens through the day, we built a multi-function bar counter behind the sofa wall that works for a laptop in the morning, a quick lunch at noon, and a drink in the evening. The kitchen absorbs the old worker's room and bathroom, which buys real counter space and room to move, with an elegant stone-patterned dining table just outside it. Throughout the living area we softened the cabinet lines with gentle curves, so the joinery feels easy on the eye.

Nearly all the cabinetry was custom-made by our trusted partner factory, which let us tune each piece to the plan rather than the showroom. The daughter's room sits in a quiet, solid grey, lifted with bronze metal and dark wood grain on the hanging and storage cabinets, plus a floating dressing table with rounded edges and an easy-care synthetic stone top. In the master bedroom we ran the wardrobe's wood grain straight across the wall, so the storage disappears into one continuous feature and the room stays visually whole.
