Artwill's partner factories can handle 6-metre single-piece custom wood work, and all custom furniture uses top-tier hardware from Blum, Hettich, and Häfele, with selected projects using Salice or Grass motorised sliding door systems. On smart home integration, we have handled projects on Lutron HomeWorks QSX, KNX, and Crestron, covering centralised control of lighting, drapes, AV, HVAC, and security. Art installation planning, sculpture display, wine cellar planning, and curation work alongside the client's art advisor or auction house, integrating the collection into the spatial design. On pricing, luxury home projects run mainly as design and build, depending on finish level, imported materials, and joinery scope. Project timelines run 6 to 12 months, with duplex projects involving structural changes potentially reaching 18 months.
